Maybe this is not new for you, but many people just start a diet without knowing this simple fact: men and women lose weight in a very different manner. Men have less body fat and usually lose weight much faster than women lose.

This is important to keep in mind, especially if you are a woman. Women usually drop their diets at the very first week because they do not see any significant results. The fact is that they will only see it about a month later. So keep focused and eat healthy.
